I just used the Ubuntu GNOME iso to install linux using the "install next to windows" option. Now, when I boot into windows and open the "defragment and optimize drives" program, I no longer see C:/ drive. I only see the small recovery partition for windows.

How can I get the list of drives back?

Using Windows 10 on an SSD
