How is this case?

Xigmatek are generally just generic designs underneath with a lot of plastic flash. Expect basic design elements and very flimsy metalwork and some really greasy plastic paneling. And lots of hot glue.

The Rainbow X58: i7 975 Extreme Edition @4.2GHz, Asus Sabertooth X58, 6x2GB Mushkin Redline DDR3-1600 @2000MHz, SP 256GB Gen3 M.2 w/ Sabrent M.2 to PCI-E, Inno3D GTX 580 x2 SLI w/ Heatkiller waterblocks, Custom loop in NZXT Phantom White, Corsair XR7 360 rad hanging off the rear end, 360 slim rad up top. RGB everywhere.

Personally i wouldn't buy it i'd save more for something like an S340 or some lower end corsair case.

Ya know, those cases that look all gamery end up being make of cheap materials. Be careful.

If I get the s340 case , am I going to need more fans ?

If you like the gamery look, NZXT has some cases that look really sick that are build really well.  I have a phantom personally and I found it EXTREMELY sturdy and easy to build in.  I will note however, that they are about twice what the case you've asked about costs.

If I get the s340 case , am I going to need more fans ?

It only comes with a single rear 120mm, so you might want an extra for a front intake at least.

It comes with a rear fan and a top fan, which according to Luke's recent video is really all you'd need for your build.  You could add fans in the front, but that is completely optional.
