Upgrading from WIN8.1 to WIN 10

I started upgrade via windows update, but now after 2 hours it still says Getting setup files, how long does this take my internet is not slow its 28/2

Depends on your internet connection? Give it time... in the words of Linus... JUST WAIT!!!

i would sugest using media creation tool to clean install windows 10 as problems may occur when upgrading to windows 10

it finaly started downloading I tought that "getting setup files" meant its already downloading ?!?!?! all file were now downloaded in 5min
