Server PSU's

I recently got this Chassis http://www.supermicro.com/products/chassis/4U/846/SC846E16-R1200.cfm as a refurb without power supplys so I could move my home server into it. I was wondering if anyone here know if PWS-902-1R 900W would be a suitable replacement for the PWS-1K21P-1R 1200W power supply that this chassis originally shipped with. They look identical in size, but I am unsure if server PSU's will be compatible.

 

Do server PSU's for a chassis like this follow a common standard that I could go searching for, or is it just a matter of grabbing whatever the OEM designed to be thrown into it?

That looks to be a 1U PSU that is modular, since that is a redundant unit. As long as it's a 1U unit I believe it will work for what your wanting to do.
