GPU Problem please help!

Hey what is this S**T. My gpu worked before i upgraded my computer. I upgraded it and i played cs go and suddenly it crashes and it isnt coming up anymore. Fans are spinning on the card.

 

look at pictures! please help!!!

Cpu and motherboard

 

from

amd fx 4300 black

Gigabyte ds3p am3

try reinstall driver and use DDU?
