I have 2 drives.

An Kingston fury Ssd and WD blue 1tb hhd.

I want on Ssd only to be my os and the programs I chose to install on it.

But downloads I want to go to downloads folder that is located on the hhd. So how do I do that? I want it so that when I open downloads folder in windows explorer it shows downloaded programs, movies etc.

I want programs to go to hhd unless I specify another folder.

So how do I do that?

Setup location for your selected download folder from each software that does downlaoding. There isn't any other way. By default they go to C:/Users/<name>/Downloads. For windows you can redefine where shortcut leads. I don't remember how I did it, but it was something really easy. Like just setting new folder path with right click on shortcut link on start menu. As for Libraries and Favorites, you can add those pretty freely. Favorites being easier as its just navigate to folder, right click on Favorites title and Add current location.
