What is the difference for these 2 chipsets? Thanks :)

 

Both of them aren't capable of overclocking but the main difference being the B series is more business oriented meaning they are further but back to save costs than say the H or Z series.

Yes either board will work, the main difference is what features each motherboard can have the 150 is more limited than the 170.
