Opinion on Creative E5

Just wonder what you think about the E5 DAC Amp combo. Is it any good? Is it worth getting or should you get other dac amps / soundcards at $200 dollars? such as the Asus essence zonar stx as the STX is just a little more expensive.

I have a pair of Audiotechnica ATH AG1, mostly watch videos / movies and play games such as Witcher 3, Crysis 3, total war and CS GO.

If that's really true, just get a cheap 20$ sound card

That headphone comes with a USB sound card. You can use that.

Only if you really want something portable would you get that.  Otherwise I recommend the O2+ODAC, or the Schiit Stack for about $200.

I am Swedish and therefore I am checking swedish cites and Amazon (they ship internationally) and on both of those places the E5 is cheaper or the same price.

It's the better deal, then. If you think you'll actually benefit from the features of the E5, I don't see any compelling reasons not to get it.
