i5 4460 with r9 380 2gb

13 6100 with xfx 280x 3gb double dissipation

With Skylake you'll have a much better upgrade path if you want to spend the extra money later on.
Afaik the next CPUs codenamed Kaby Lake are based on the same socket.

If you don't want to upgrade after 1 or 2 years, then I would suggest you get the i5-4460. That shoud keep your rig running for around 3-4 years.

The i3 is only two cores. Look up what games are now looking for 4 cores and be aware that that is going to only get worse as it ages. I'd stick with a 4 core cpu.
