Reinstallation Disk on Another Computer (Same Model)

I few years ago, I got rid of this Dell Dimension XPS T500. I am looking at buying another one. But it has a password on it and the seller does not know it. It runs Windows 98 and the computer I used to have came with a Windows 98 reinstallation disk. I know 98 has the Cancel button but I want to completely remove the password. Can I use the reinstallation disk that came with my computer to restore the Ebay computer? And if possible does anyone know how to remove the password off without restoring? And remember, I KNOW THERE IS A CANCEL BUTTON BUT I WANT THE PASSWORD REMOVED!!!
