Cant hold buttons in games with my new CM Octane K&M combo!

So I bought the CM Octane Keyboard and mouse gaming combo! And its great, but in games I cant hold a button! Lets say I hold W to walk forward and it acts like im spamming the button, not holding! Instead of walking forward the character moves, stops, moves, stops fast... like im pressing the button multiple times, but Im not.. im holding it :D Happens to all games and I know its the keyboard because my old keyboard works fine! Please help me, because I cant play like this :(   Thank you
