Nevermind, everyone. I just found out there was a cable stuck there that stopped the fan from moving. All fixed.

I have two fans connected to a splitter and only one of them is spinning.

I'm trying to control the fans with Gigabyte's System Information Viewer.

I don't know what other information to give.

Have you tried switching which port on the splitter each fan is hooked into?

5 things to try:

1. Give the fan that isn't spinning a push with your finger.

2. Try swapping the fans on the splitter

3. Try a different connector on your mobo

4. Try increasing the speed for the fans

5. Make sure there isn't anything stopping the fan from spinning
