Seagate Barrracuda not working.

Hi. I'm a new builder and I just built my first pc. I boot off an 850 evo, which is working fine, but my seagate barracuda 2tb isn't picked u p by the system, not even in the BIOS. I have tried using a different data cable, power cable, dataport and giving it it's own power cable so it's got enough power. The drive is spinning but it's still not picked up. Please help.
