Core temp higher than socket temps? How?

Hello guys, its been a while. :)
I've got a plain question today, when i observed my cpu temps after performing a maintenance on it, adding another fan to get a push pull cooling, and what i noticed was, that the core temps were higher than socket temps.
My cpu + cooling:
FX 8350 @ 4.6ghz at 1.4v
thermalright true spirit 120m
push pull 2x noctuas nf f14
aab cooling 3 thermal compound

plus a simple 120mm, 1200rpm led fan to be pulling the air outside of the case.
My idle temps are around 28-31 degrees C.
Load temps are 63 degrees C on the socket, 67 degrees C on the core.
So, again... Why is the core warmer than the socket? :S
Maybe its normal and im just an idiot, but this is the first time i noticed anything like that.

Why would it not be? Core is where the heat comes from, socket is further away.

core is the middle and socket is below the processor.

I like Computer Stuffs. Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it in again? Automation Expert (Bots, scripts, etc)! Add me on Xbox Live: JollyPlanet449 And on Steam!: Baxtmann Wanshow.tips is a cool place too
