Sell or keep AC: Syndicate

My dad got AC:Syndicate with an SSD he bought yesterday, should I sell it or keep it?

 

Fan of all the Assassins Creed games before Black Flag, unity was OK. I could probably et like 25$ off it from G2A or something.

Not anywhere near as bad.

I've not crashed once, I've not hit 100% CPU, I've not had any issues.

Had the odd crash, but that was after several hours of gameplay.

Story is there (a good story is important to me, unity s*** on that), you have to play a lot of side aspects to build up spec before you can advance in the story (aka not get killed), with that looking at a week or more worth of solid gaming if you want 100% on the missions. Well upto the main story end. Once thats up (I finished last night) there are other quests pop up to keep it going. So big thumbs up there!

Am I as p***ed as I was with Unity? no,,, I actually enjoy playing it, and bar the odd dip in frame rate, its pretty smooth. Oh and I tried it on its "minimum" R9 270x with a spare I had laying around. It works,,,, you're constricted to low settings to maintain about 40 average, and some textures are killed because of it but can still game at 1080.

Long and short, it kicks Unity in the balls.

Even UBI's own forums are pretty quiet, not a massive list of issues, there are some there but we're talking a post-it note.

I chose it with my video card over Rainbow Six.  

 

I like it a lot. I've been resisting the temptation to play it, though. I've played about 3-4 hours of it, but I still need to finish Lords of Shadow. I've got 11 hours on that one, and I really hate having multiple games going at once.   None of that matters, though.  If you like Assassin's Creed, keep it.  If you've not played many Assassin's Creed, keep it. I've never played any of them, but my son has played them all so I'm familiar with the mechanics.  It's a good game (so far).

keep it. its actually really good. much better than Unity, and i havent had any bugs or major frame drops with it.
