First things first, how much wattage does an R9 390 need. My PSU is a 650w and i figured that would be more than enough, but then i read a review on Newegg that said "Not Really a con but I did have to upgrade my PSU from a 750w to 850w since minimum requirement is a 750w for this card." Do I need to upgrade my PSU before I buy the card or is 650w fine? Next should i go with blue or white ram for my build? Thanks!
