Hello, im trying to help my uncle with something but i cant figure it out myself

He has his iTunes songs stored on the cloud, but wants to move them to an external hard drive, how can i do so?

and is there any way to easily delete duplicate songs?

iirc itunes has a built in function to look for duplicates, but its been a blissful few years since I touched itunes so im not sure where it is

No, never used cloud stuff even now I only use it to transfer pics from my phone to PC when im lazy.
