Need help with build

I did make a post before didn't really help anyways. 

I am looking to spend between 1 to 1.2k usd on a gaming pc this doesn't include os or accessories such as monitor etc.

 

I'm completely unsure of what to use and what not to use. I was thinking of using before

If you think a different build will be way better please post it and let me know will help. 

If you think this build is alright and just needs a couple of different things i dont mind either. I will just be gaming at 1080p but will be doing video editing and photoshop etc.

I would get 16 gb of ram, go with a Saphire 390 or MSI 390.
