Unofficial List of WAN Show Topics!

Hi everybody,

I'm Kman. I really enjoy watching the WAN show and LTT Videos. I believe that us a community should help aid LTT as we already do in these forums by posting topics for them to discuss, but I think we should take it a step further and make an even more centralized list of topics that we want them to discuss. All topics in the list will chosen by me and ones that are getting a lot of response in the forums. If you do not find something I put in the list interesting just comment in the section below and give me a reason. I would gladly hear your views on the subject. Although, I will check through the forums for topics people are finding interesting, if you think your topic should be on this list just reply to this post and if people seem to have interest in it I will put it one the list. All credit will be given to original post since they took the time to search and find the topic.

1. 11/27/15 Topic: Autonomous Driving Car Racing: Roborace  Source: Gizmag 

The article states "[The] new racing championship will pit driverless electric cars against each other in a round-the-world series. The aim is to provide a competitive platform for the autonomous driving technology that is being developed by automotive and tech firms, as well as universities" (Gizmag). I find this interesting because if a vehicle can travel at 140 mph and take inputs from all its sensors and still manage not to crash would be truly an interesting testing ground for Autonomous Driving Cars.

As stated by EvilLemur will the company be disappearing [Clearance Sale Anybody?] and all 241 works laid off or is this a great opportunity for them to grow an expand?

They are more than capable of compiling their own list and there are many reasons why Linus sometimes ignores topics which seem to be perfect WAN show material (unconfirmed rumour, NDA, he personally doesn't care about the topic etc)

This list will achieve nothing other than taking your time.

To be honest, i would love seeing a thread popping up early as soon as WAN show ended, rather than waiting a few or more hours to get things rolled out by one of the admins
