New build help

Hello all!

 

I currently have a HP desktop that I purchased from a local store that isn't too bad! (click here for specs ->  http://imgur.com/RUnGdtn and it has an AMD Radeon HD 7570 graphics card)

 

But i have had it for about 2 years now, and after recently purchasing Ark Survival Evolved and having to play it at low.... I think its time for a new machine! 

 

I want to try and use as much as I can from this HP that I can, such as RAM, possibly processor, and HD. 

 

Am I able to do this? if so, I need help with making a build within my budget while using as much as i can from the other PC. 

 

My budget right now is at $800.

No point building a new pc just for ARK, nothing runs well on it.

At that price point i recommend a GTX 960.

With a i5-4460.
