Assuming that you havent ordered that parts,

1. Get a 4790(unless its way more expensive)

2. Get a SSD

3. Get a HDD faster than 5400rpm (7200rpm)

4. There are better PSU's for way less (EVGA G2/GS, SeaSonic.etc)

5. Spend more on a case, as it dont want to cheap out on it. (At least a S340 or Define R5/R4/S)

6. Get an aftermarket cooler like a Cryorig H7, as i7s overheat under load with the stock cooler

7. Windows 7 Pro is unnecessary, get the regular home version

8. Get rid of the DVD drive and use a USB to install windows

Titan X is a pretty overall kind of worthless card for most people over a 980ti

What are you using it for?

How many 4k displays do you already own?

Why is that PSU so expensive?

And what's up with the windows 7 thing?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I found the key on the bottum of my mothers toshiba laptop, so it was entirely free xD

There's a box to mark it as purchased

also I would suggest going with something like a non X Fury, as it has a bit better performance per dollar especially at 4k, and free-sync displays cost less than G-sync displays, in addition to AMD seemingly having better DX12 support for the future
