I have been drooling over intel's i5-6600k and want to buy it. But I dont want to buy ddr4 ram as it can be pretty expensive and im already hollowing out my wallet, so I chose this mobo that is compatible with ddr3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132574

My questions are:
Is there a better cpu I could get for the same/lower price?
Is there anything else I should upgrade?

Thanks for your time!
