Windows.old taking up 20 gb on ssd cant get of it

  • Goto my computer, right click on your ssd
  • Open disk cleanup
  • Click on clean system files
  • There's a checkbox with "Previous Windows installation(s)", select it
  • Delete away

While you're at it you can also delete other stuff that may be potentially taking alot of space

I need permission from "system" apparently to delete this, im on windows 10 wat do?

Use Window "Disk Cleanup" in Start Menu. Make sure you select Cleanup System File and then remove older window installation.
