Installing windows 8.1 Blue screen!

R3DOPS

so a friend of mine wanted to do a full new install of windows 8.1. So he plunged in a USB drive and unpacked the ISO install of windows 8.1 we got on windows website and placed it into the USB so we can boot from it to load windows 8. He also had windows 8 on a hard drive and wanted to change it to the SSD instead so we had to do it that way.

We booted to the USB stick and started to go into the steps. We chose custom to delete all the partitions on each drive. Then we selected the SSD with had over 100GB free space. But we ran into an issue. It was in a different format. So we followed a video on youtube witch is LINKED below if you want to see it. but to sum it up we entered in CMD (select disk 0) then after we typed (clean) then enter. then we went back to the window ware we would choose the hard drive and the SSD was able to be installed to so we clicked it hit next and it started to install normal and was expanding windows.

After it started to restart. Windows started too boot up and then.. Blue Screen... Sigh

(The BSOD error was 0xc000021a)

What should we do now?

should we try to reinstall windows again on the same drive? Do you think me shold have not entered the CMD command?

the Youtube video we followed

Thanks... :/
