The same, but I would add to use the cheapest B85 board you can find.

Throw in a SSD if you want. Crucial BX/MX, SanDisk, Samsung, etc... All great SSD brands. Just avoid Kingston SSDNow drives at all cost.

Intel Core i7-6700K | Corsair H105 | Asus Z170I PRO GAMING | G.Skill TridentZ Series 16GB | 950 PRO 512GB M.2

Why do you recommend me the i5-4460??

The FX-6350 its faster and has two more cores than the i5

There is a bit more to it than simply clock speed multiplied by cores.

Intel CPUs can carry out many more instructions per cycle than AMD ones.. about double supposedly.  That means that a 4 core 4 GHz AMD chip will perform similarly to a 4 core 2 GHz Intel chip.. so even though you are sacrificing a little bit of clock speed with the 4460, single core performance is still better than the 6350.  Even when you overclock the 6350 this is true (can't overclock 4460).

In games single core performance is very very important.. and so the chip with the best single core performance is the best gaming CPU.. there is a reason that Intel chips are almost always the ones recommended for gaming.

But in something like 3D animation rendering the 6350 will most likely do a bit better because of 6 cores but games can't use all the 6 cores.
