Big R9 390 problem

Restore

Hey guys!

I have a big issue with my Sapphire D5 X R9 390 OC Tri-X NITRO 8GB

When i have my graphics card in my case, and i start up my PC after like 10 seconds of getting into windows, both my screens just go black and say no signal..

Whenever i put in my old graphics card, a Radeon HD 7790, not any problems.

So what did i try already to fix the problem,

first i set off a lot of programs starting up the same time as windows, didnt fix the issue.

Then i tried to install other drivers, didnt fix the issue either,

Then i unplugged both my harddisks except my ssd, didnt fix.

So i contacted the company i bought it from, they said send it back, because the didnt know how to fix the problem.

After 9 days, today, i got it back, and they told me it was running fine no problems at all.

I put it back into my system, and bang, same problem.

Here is the thing what makes me confused, thet have no problem at all, i do, but with my old graphics card, no problem too, so i suppose it is the graphics card, but its not....

My system:

CPU: Intel i5 4690 quadcore

GPU: Up above

PSU: TN6M43 CooMas V650                   650W ATX24

RAM: 2x4GB Gskill 1

        2x4GB cant find the name

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3

SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB

Harddisks: Hitachi 500 GB

                WDC 500 GB

Operating System: Windows 7 64bit Ultimate

If you guys need more information you can always ask

Thanks already for helping

If that doesn't work you might have to contact Sapphire for a possible RMA.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

Try a different PCI slot, make sure the bios are set to the PCI slot you're using, make sure all your connections as secure, tons of things to try.

cant try another PCIe slot because the card is to big, but could i potentially be my motherboard, because my screens turn off, sounds cut off and everything is just off, except my system keeps running
