Is it good enough for streaming?

Specs:

CPU- Intel i5 4460

GPU: AMD Radeon r9 390

MOBO- MSI z97m-g43

PSU- Corsair rm650

 

 I know I didn't need a z97 because I can't overclock but It was cheap so I grabbed it.I was wondering (because I am not super tech savy) is this good enough for streaming games such as CS:GO and League of Legend, I was also thinking of starting a youtube channel but will this be good enough?

If you use quick-sync for the encoder, yes.

But first, let's talk about parallel universes.
