AC Syndicate Stuttering

Hello guys, I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I am having a stuttering problem with assassins creed syndicate, the thing that bothers me the most is that, the stuttering usually occurs after 10 mins once i started the game and from there on it literally stutters  every 5 seconds, i have looked everywhere and I cant seem to find any solution, If you guys have any suggestion or fixes you are very much welcome thanks.

BTW my specs are i5 3470, 8gb ram and R9 270x.

Yep, that's your problem. AC Syndicate leaks.

Thats a new one to me, though by the system ram usage would have to agree, even on high settings it should only be using about 4GB tops.

Pity, it runs pretty well on a 270x (threw my spare in to test it) and for the most part its fairly clean running.

Its not my fault I am grumpy, you try having a porcelain todger that's always hard!
