Which one should i choose?

Okay so this is my PC!
Intel i7 - 2600k, even tho its old processor is it good and how good is it ?
16gb of 1600mhz ram
254gb ssd
motherboard - Asus P8Z68-v

now i have 2 graphic cards..
First one is EVGA GTX 650TI  1gb
Asus R7 240 4gb DDR3
WHICH one is better and why? I play WoW

Im thinking about getting GTX 970, is it gonna make any difference in wow, and is it worth it ?

GTX 970 is great.

I don't think a 650TI or a R7 240 would work

i am playing wow now with it at ultra, and i get 40-50fps in crowded aera-s, and around 99 in arenas (ive setted limit at 99), so 650TI does work, im just wondering am i gonna get better graphics with better graphic card, or no?
If someone could tell me whats the difference between 650TI and r7 240 (its 4gb but ddr3, the first one is gddr 5 tho)

The i7-2600k is still fine for gaming.

650Ti is better due to higher compute performance. For $200 you can buy an R9 290 which is as good as a 970 for significantly less or get an R9 390 which is bother faster than the 97 and less expensive. Will it be better for WoW? Don't know, I have no idea about how demanding wow is.
