Hey guys,

I got a PC for free with a Intel Core i3 540, 4GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics and an MSI H33M-E33 motherboard. Since my main pc (AMD A10-6700, 8GB 1866Mhz ram, Radeon HD 8670D) broke and is now being repaired I have a question. Do you think it would be a good replacement if I put in the RAM from my main PC (was upgraded from 4GB and I still have the 8GB kit), upgrade the CPU to a i5 760 or maybe a i7 860 and something like a GTX 750(Ti)? The only games I really play are Left 4 Dead 2, Black Ops II and CS:GO.

your main PC is way better than it. If you deem the investment worthwhile sure. If not, don't bother

Not as your main but it would make a good turn around system. You can make some good $ from reselling it if you throw an i7 in there for example :)
