Good fans?

What are some good 120mm fans that are less than $20 each, preferebly less than that. They don't HAVE to be very quiet but decently quiet

Noctua NF-F12s are great.

Well, they're expensive, but they're really great fans, some of the best on the market. The NF-F12 is arguably the best 120mm fan on the market, both for rads and ventilation.

Very quiet, Noctua are great for silence.
