windows 10 bootloop after AV install

Hey all!

 

I helped a friend of mine build and install a new system and it works fine apart from one bug that we cant figure out!

 

Everything works fine until he installs an anti virus software (tested quite a few with same results) then after a reboot the computer will be stuck in a loop trying automatic repair and diagnosing and the system simply wont start and you end up needing to reinstall windows from scratch.

 

Does anyone know what might be the root of the issue and what to do to get around it? we have tried multiple things that supposedly should work with the symptoms but to no avail (cant even remember what we did now, and all these solutions came from the same symptoms but with a bad windows update)
