$15 is not really a lot for a good gaming mouse.  I believe many of them begin at around $50 or $100.

What, build quality? I don't care about that, do $15 mice have crappy accuracy?

 

For $15 just get any mouse you like.  They are all the same.

Microsoft Mice at $15 are pretty nice and accurate.
