My guess is Adobe Flash, but I image there are lots of way that could be done.  Assuming you have another program for creating the static graphics, it could even be done in video editing software like Premiere

I would assume they used something like Adobe After Effects, as they use a lot of Adobe programs, to make the intro. Lots of people use After effects to make intros. The main artwork was probably done in Photoshop or maybe even in Illustrator (or maybe also in AE)
