Logitech g502 - scrolling problem

Tigeercat

My mouse seems to be stuck in free scrolling mode.

Yes I know there is a button by the wheel that stops it, but it's not doing anything. Ideas?

It's clearly a defect. When you press the button it should simply switch the mode. Best way is to ask for a change or refund if it's still in 14 days period.

Have had the mouse for  year now, had 0 issues with it.

Either u got a faulty product or problems lies between your chair and a keyboard.

The free scrolling button is the first behind the wheel. The second one is for DPI. Try pressing it harder, it makes a hard clicky sound. If something broke inside your mouse you should hear it moving in there as you shake the mouse.
