On cyber Monday it may drop an extra 15 euro but I wouldn't expect a much bigger discount on things like that.

To be honest I don't think so. The R9 380 4GB version has a way more likely chance to drop to $180 though. I saw a few deals on Halloween of the 380 4GB's dropping to as low as $159.99
