1080p best value?

Alright, so I'm doing a build rather shortly, I have all my parts except for the video card. I game at 1200p (16:10) and I want to basically max out every game, 60fps no problem. I was originally going for the r9 390, but with Pascal coming out soon I'm not sure if I want to dish out that much money. (I basically want something that will satisfy me until then). The GTX 960 and the r9 380x both look pretty good, but I was wondering on what card I should settle on for the time being.

Best value is a 390, it's the sweet spot for performance/price.
