Acer XB270HU vs. ROG Swift PG279Q

Sooo... it's been a while that the asus released PG279Q. I am doing a 1440p build and I want IPS for sure since I am working with a lot of photo editing. I also want the 144hz refresh rate for fps. I am looking to pair a monitor up with 980ti.

 

Any suggestions between the two? I don't really see much but the price is quite different!

The PG279Q is build a lot better. The quality is worth it if you ask me.

I'd like to try the PG279Q in 165Hz mode to see if I can notice the difference.

I was hoping Dell would release an IPS Gsync model also, we'll see if that pans out.
