If you can, swap the 380 out with a 380X, as it is a 4GB card to begin with, and is only marginally more expensive. Also, if you are planning to OC the 8320, definitely get an aftermarket cooler, such as the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, or Cryorig H7, as it will keep your temps down.

Why is it bad?

 

Nice but with os it is too much

AMD stock coolers of any sort are usually terrible. R9 290X springs to mind. Any stock cooler usually has a very small heatsink with a very tiny fan that is loud and doesn't cool very well at all. Also, computer hardware almost always runs better when it is cooler.
