Won't access bios or windows

I recently bought a graphics card and a cpu cooler and now the pc won't boot.

When i put the pc on it shows a blue screen with a HP logo on it but I keep pressing buttons but it wont access bios.

After i had installed both the cpu cooler and the graphics card it didnt boot.

those beeping sounds your hearing are debug codes. find your motherboard manual and it should say in there what wrong

as long as you know what mobo you have you can look up a manual online

The debug code says that something is wrong with the cpu, bu the pc starts without the gpu

Could it be that 600W is not enough for a 980ti?

what are the specs for your system? did you have a dedicated graphics card before the upgrade? from google it sounds like you have enough power as long as your not running SLI or overclocking

First gpu was a gtx 550ti, the second one was a gtx 770 and both have worked well

IPISB CH2 Chicago (pegatron) is my MoBo, CoolerMaster B600W the PSU, I swapped back to the stock cooler, i7-2600 the cpu

now it keeps having theese 1 long and 3 short beeps, which indicate that something might be wrong with the ram

Your mobo's bios isn't compatible with anything from the 900 series. i would suggest buying a new mobo if you wanna use your 980ti
