I want your opinion on used cpu's from experienced ebay memmbers that have sold hardware before.

CPU: i5 4690k  (overclocked to 4.3ghz)             CPU Cooler: Cryorig h7                 MOBO:  Msi Z97 pc mate             RAM: 8GB HyperX 1600 blue

GPU: rx480  4gb                                                 CASE: Corsair Spec-01 red              OS: Windows 10

PSU: EVGA 500   watt                                       SSD:    v60gb Mushkin ssd                HDD: 1000GB WD BLUE

They have been pretty good in my experience, my two xeons are used and they have worked perfectly :) Just make sure they are reputable sellers and you should be ok

CPUs and RAM are the least likely parts to fail in a PC. You should be fine.

but with ram is so cheap so why not buy it new

Well right now but back in 2014 when a single stick of 8GB costed 75 bucks, it was much more common to buy used RAM.

you forgot to put pc cases on that list its almost never fails (funny because I had one fail)

Oh did the power buttons break?

yep hooked it to a flip switch and it worked again
