Windows clean install

so let me get this right. if i buy a Disk version of windows on G2A.com, i can get it for $50 off? whats the catch? Am i building a brand new PC. how do i use the disk? when i turn on my pc for the first ever, do i just enter it into the optical drive?

 

pretty sure you have to download a ISO and mount it on a USB, they don't send you a disc
