help me with choosing corectly

Since christmas is right around the corner, I would like to upgrade my rig since it's pretty outdated:

 

DISCLAIMER ! i'm using dual graphics thing. My computer suggested and i thought "can't be bad right?" but i don't know what GPU is on my CPU and which one is solo... beacause it appears to be that both of them are of the R7 family. I'm sorry. !

 

CPU: AMD A10-7700K APU with Radeon R7 Graphics (4CPUs) ~3.4GHz

 

GPU: (taken from msinfo32) AMD Radeon R7 graphics + HD 7700 Dual Graphics  (adapter ram +- 2.15 gigs so I guess this one is my solo GPU)

 

RAM: 8 GB

 

MoBo : GB 78LMT-S2P

 

 

 

Since I can't really run Fallout 4 I would like an upgrade. but for fun lets say i can only buy 1 component. So it comes down whether I upgrade GPU or CPU.

 

what should it be? and what should I replace it with? 

 

Price range about $200 MAX!! would preffer $100-$150.

R9 285 is better than a 960, and this particular one doesn't use as much power as any other 285/380.

Get a R9 380. They are becoming cheaper due to the 380x coming out, and will be an upgrade from a iGPU and a HD 7700.
