Need a new sub

I'm looking for a new sub to replace my cheap phillips one. My price range is at the very most 200€, less would be appreciated :P. I read a few forum posts and for this budget, many people reccomended the BIC America F12 for about 190$. It looks really good and has awesome reviews however i would be paying 300€ in total, 65 alone for shipping to Germany. Can you guys reccomend simmiliar ones?
