we can rule out the power supply as i just switched them out with the one that definitely works

I recently brought a Nvidia GT 210 for someone for christmas, I tested it out on my test computer and it works fine however when installing into the computer i purchased it for it shows the display for about 2 seconds and then doesnt respond anymore however it still works on the other computer. what could be the problem and how could I fix it?

Not enough power maybe

even tho card is like 30 Watts

Should be fine, whats the CPU?

Intel i3-3240 @ 3.40Ghz

Idk then might be something with a cable or the mobos slots
