I got told by you guys to clean install Windows so I decided to install Windows 10 on my new ssd but my hdd still has Windows 8.1 how can I merge my Windows 8.1 account and the new Windows 10 account it just made

You can change from which device it boots in the bios.

so if you have an USB with win 10 you put USB at the 1st place

or if you have a CD or DVD with win 10 you put CD/DVD on the 1st place

what I'm saying is I want my windows 8 account to be on Windows 10 just have one os with the hdd as a secondary drive not a whole os
