Browsers won't work...

        Well, I'm posting for someone else. He says that his browsers doesn't work. He uses IE and Firefox. IE is so slow, it would take a hour to open a page, and Firefox won't even open, it isn't  a internet issue, because he can play WOW on his PC. Any suggestions?

Does he use antimalware bytes for protection?

Sounds like malware to me, a good way to get rid of it is to perform a factory reset.

check task manager maybe somethings eating the pc's resources

If he has antimalware maliscous website protection on it wont work. I have that issue with that.
