Broken Iphone :( Help

Number 1 - My iphone 4s screen broke, and i need a new screen! What is a good kit that would be good to replace the screen with? 

 

Number 2 - Im looking for a new phone that can perform better in games. Under $200 maybe? Expandable storage is a plus, and a nice screen (Quality not to big of a screen though)

If you just want to fix the broken screen and don't mind doing it yourself, iFixit has some good kits and guides for that but if you want bettter performance it may be more benifical to look into a new device instead:

I was thinking of doing both, so i have the iphone for light games like clash of clans and then another device for more demanding games (Hell maybe even a small tablet)

A small tablet seems more of a useful device than having to carry two phones around, not to mention for movies or general entertainment.

I'm not too familiar with the vast amount of tablets I see theses days so probably best to shop around but I hear good things from the Asus, and Lenovo tablets.
