I would like to lower the price as much as possible while not affecting performance.

I also would like to keep it black-and-white.

Replace the cpu cooler with a Cryorig R1 / Phanteks TC14PE.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

it only shaves off $30, and, even if it is better, i would still go with the Kraken for looks

noted on the cooler and PSU, i really prefer the look of the 780t (and it's cheaper)

Oh, yeah, im set on that monitor.

if you really wanted to cut costs you could get the z170 krait instead of the pro you could get a cheaper aio or even a air cooler but the h100i is the lowest I'd go personally, you could get a 1.5/2tb hdd and a 256gb ssd that would probably save you some cash

I'd get a h440 or a white enthoo luxe but I'm not sure if there more expensive than the 780t in the US

i swapped to the h100i GTX (saved $20) ad a 860W PSU (saved $40)

as for drives, the SSD is necessary.

I'll stick with the ASUS pro

something I can tell you from experience is don't skimp now on your stuff because you'll regret not saving up that extra 50 or so $ to get that cooler or ssd or whatever you really wanted and your probably gonna end up hating the stuff you bought to save. I regret buying the luxe instead of saving and buying that white enthoo primo I always wanted
