GTA V loading glitch

Whenever I try to launch GTA I get an infinite loading screen an to fix it have to go to Task Manager > Details find GTAV.exe > Right click > Set priority > Real time and now it loads in 10 seconds then I have to change it back to normal. it'a the same exact way when I try to join a game on GTA online. is there a fix or do I have to deal with it for the rest of my life? Thanks for your help.
